½limesqueezed, should be about 2 tablespoon juice

¼teaspoonpepper
½cuploosely packed cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Prepare the rice in your rice cooker, mine takes about 25 mins.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add all the ingredients. Toss and cook until hot and well combined.

NUGGETS OF KNOWLEDGE Rice - Depending on how my week is going, I like to make the rice a day ahead so this comes together even faster! However, if making it on the day of, I'll get the rice cooking in my rice cooker while I am preparing the rest of dinner. Once the rice is done, the rest of it, and my other meal items, come together perfectly!
